If you place an order and encounter any issues such as the order being incorrect, damaged, or otherwise unsatisfactory, please email Dashawna at allsweetreats@outlook.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. It is essential to report any problems within this timeframe to allow us to rectify the situation promptly.
For issues caused by shipping carriers (e.g., UPS or the postal service), you have the option to file an insurance claim. Each package is insured for $100 to $200. All sales of digital products, including cookbooks, recipes, and classes, are final. This policy is clearly stated in the description of each digital product. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms. In the event of a chargeback, we have documentation to show that you were informed of our policy before purchase.
For digital products, we offer a seven-day grace period to report any issues such as lost files, saving errors, or glitches. Please email us within this period, providing your order number and name, so we can resend the files or address the issue.
Perishable Items
